We must think and make up one’s mind what is most important in our life and it is, likely, the best starting point for effective personal time management. But it’s important too, remember and perceive every day the condition of our body: if we have a bad condition we don’t work or not do all the tasks we project to do. If we are in good form we can do the thing we plan and other more tasks. That is!
We may have many advantages on improve our body we’ll be more relaxed and in a powerful state of mind because we’ll be more efficacious if our body are healthful and this will drive our mind to be prepared to the task I must do.
